I have to say that I agree quite a lot about the end of ME3 discussions (even if I love bad endings better than happy endings, what about a real epilogue ?!).

My questions is about fleets points.

During the whole game you are earning points for making new allies.
When I finished the game my green bar was full and more.

But what's the point ?!

I mean, even if your force is sh ity at the end, everything is going the same way : still the 3 options, galaxy before that is in the same situation and the counter attack on earth is going also the same way asari, krogans, salariens, geths presents or not. There is not even a cinematic for the geth force...

So my question is quite simple : why are  we trying to find new allies? What are there for? Are we not suppose to do something bigger if we really make the galaxy united? And so why this tactic map is for in the Normandy?!

Please, tell me someone have an answer to that

This is correct.  It's window dressing for the Devs pissing on our heads and telling us it's rain.

Try running through the game just doing the story missions, same three endings.
