I went paragon the whole game, did pretty much all side stuff I found, talked to everyone, and still an option during 'the shroud' was grayed out.  I'm kinda ticked right now.  I don't know how high it had to be to have that option appear or how much other stuff I really could have done.  

All that stuff is on the same planet, I did that one last, come on what the f do you expect people to have their rep at?

I managed somehow. Only missed one dialog option and that at the VERY end.

Won't say where, I only do spoilers on request lol

Same here, the only one I couldn't do was pretty much the last one available.

Which was weird, I had every other paragon AND renegade choice in the entire game available until the very last one...not sure what I did wrong.

Did you answer renegade the choice before the one that was grayed out?  That's what turned it gray for me
