Alright, so while people complain about bad endings (don't know what they're talking about and currently don't want to know) and From Ashes, I'm stuck on some of the most unfair gameplay I've experienced in years.
So there's the Reaper shooting lasers at me, yeah, but then we get to the slow-mo part. I hold the trigger well in advance, I can see the blue graphics on the side getting closer, but I always get killed.
Tried sprinting away, but that doesn't work either. It simply will not lock on.
The hell do I do?

Like the part where it's the showdown? Cuz before that you shoot it like 3 times, and you have to dodge the laser. The target stays where you left off, so you don't really need to worry about losing ground just stay alive. At the end you need to just hold it and hope for the best. Never had a problem with it, seems that the last one is more of a cinematic thing than an actual gameplay thing.

Yeah, I can laser it the three times, but that last part is what kills me.

It won't target it if you're not aiming exactly down the center of the red eye I found out after dieing a few times even when I held down the trigger.
