  I pre-order the N7 collector's edition problems on origin, although i didn't get the N7 Valkyrie rifle, AT-12 Raider shortgun, M-55 Argus. oh, i didn't see the defender armor. Anybody else have the same problem or have any idea why i don't have them.

weirdly enough, my collector's edition (PS3) had issues with the online pass code. the Argus rifle is nowhere to be seen (even though it shows as downloaded on my PS3 system - not even this site acknowledges that i got that as a pre-order bonus from amazon). a lot of the in game content is there (the in-game hoodie, the dog...thing, and other stuff), but what annoys me a lot is that this website doesn't recognize that i have a PS3 collector's edition and i can't download the soundtrack. it sends me to the tech support page for EA which says that i should have access to it, but i don't.

i take it that you checked for those items in the Captain's Quarters of the Normandy? i've heard that you have to get to the point where you're on the normandy, and then save and reset, and then they appear. for some reason, you have to meet that condition of where you should be able to access them, but then you have to reset to actually get them.

thanks, jpetsilver. i talked with their online agents and figure it out. still it's kind like a mass and i don't like the way they do it
