I have encounted a few small, not so significant, glitches but this one has frustrated me a bit too much. I am playing Palaven on insane... Vega seems to have gone missing. It says he's still alive but he's nowhere to be seen. Even after I die or there is a cut scene he doesn't respawn. It is almost impossible to kill 3 brutes with only myself and Garrus who it seems would prefer to just stand there while I maintain my record as the primary target. I am wondering whether anyone else has experienced a similar glitch. He has been missing since the first brute encounter.
