Can someone explain to me specifically what this class skill is? Because I haven't a clue. Where do I get it? I am trying to get as much paragon as possible and i keep hearing about this "class skill" that increases my paragon/renegade by 100% but I have no clue what this is..
Please help.

You mean charm/intimidate in me1?
Par/Ren level unlocks squares in Ch/Int. ( and adds some minor bonuses to char)
Ch/Int level unlocks dialog choices. (and adds some minor bonuses for shopping)
or do you mean mass effect 2? Soldier's Combat Mastery gives bonus to social skills. Rang 4 gives up to +100% boost yes. Maybe other skills do that too, dont remember. A couple of years since i have played me2.
edit: i dont remember having any difficulties passing any social dialogue checks with my imported me1 sentinel. She was renegade though.
edit: no wait, i remember now. In me2 i cheated on social points with an editor, its a plain single number. I entered a sufficient value and did not bother anymore with metagaming/ gaming the system.
