I imported an adept Shepard and found that my shockwave rank 4 has been already learned, and there is no way of reverting it.
Why did the game choose this much for me, instead of granting till rank 3 which only has one option? There are two branches in shockwave rank 4, the other unavailable option being increment of damage. Is there any way to choose that for shockwave rank 4?
Why are my powers already chosen for an imported character?

just respec on ur ship. problem solved.
Oh and the game didn't choose anything for u. It imports your powers as u had them in ME2.
