Am dead inside mass effect was the only thing ive ever looked up too :*( WHY!? why does it have to end like that!!!!? i havent been able to sleep scince then it was bad and i still feel this way i Love this game with all my heart   they better cancle  the trilogy they better make it 4 parts Mass Effect 4 Yay (here bioware take all my money)

I'm actually relieved the CE was sold out for me. I can't believe they ended it like that. Was it because of lazy writing? Did they not want to write all the different outcomes you did. I'm not upset Shepard died I felt him dying saving the galaxy would be fitting however not in that manner.

I need a hug so badly.  I've played through all 3 games and loved every minute of it, except for the end.  It leaves you with so many questions.  I can accept the fact that Shepard pretty much has to die (it's dumb that he lives in one ending despite the fact that The Catalyst says he would die if he chose that option..."All synthetics will die.  Even you are part synthetic.").  But it's frustrating to have that kind of ending.  I have no idea what happened to anyone except whoever was still on the Noramndy.  Did other people die?  Did the squad members I took with me die?  Did anyone else live?  What the hell is Miranda going to do without me?

You get so emotionally invested in a story like this, and for Bioware to give us that kind of ending is beyond frustrating.  I'll be going to sleep tonight with a bad feeling in my stomach.

I'd feel a little better about it if they'd included an epilogue. The way it is, it just feels... empty. And confusing.

I haven't got to the end yet but I have a feeling I'm going to need some hugs soon enough.

Hell I'm already depressed from watching some of my favourite characters die, realizing the end of Mass Effect is near, etc. I have too much emotional investment into these games and the characters it seems. Though looks like I'm not alone in this.

I already know the gist of the ending(s) but I suppose seeing it "in person" with my beloved Shepard will be painful. But atleast It's been a very enjoyable ride thus far.

I'm afraid to finish though if it sours my whole view of mass effect, I usually play every few months because It's nice to escape to this universe that I've enjoyed for so long. But I have to judge this end for myself.

Reading this thread while listening to Stand Strong Stand Together. Say what you will, the music for this game was amazing.

But yes. This far. No further. I stand with you. All of you. Fans betrayed, fans who hoped for something ... more. Let us stand united. Not for change, not for answers. Just for support. And to do what little we can to make sure that this never happens again.
