I don't want a hug. Not yet. After seeing this, I've regained my faith in Bioware, even if only temporarily.

Answer me this. Let's suppose that you bought a trilogy of books, read through them from the very first page, only to come to find out that the author didn't bother to write the last two chapters. Would you just shrug your shoulders and say "Eh, they didn't really owe me the full story."?

How about a movie where they didn't bother with the last fifteen minutes before rolling the ending credits? You would be pretty upset, I'm sure.

Same deal with ME3. We paid for a finished product, and Bioware did not deliver one.

I feel broken inside. I remember the first time I played ME2, when I got to the collector base... I lost nearly everyone, and I felt like it was my fault. It WAS my fault. I learned, I started over, I did it right, but I never forgot that profound sense of loss. This... this was so much worse, because the story doesn't even END properly, and even the 'best' ending destroys almost everything I fought for. 

I need a hug so badly right now...
