I suddenly started getting this error message after logging in, just within this past week. It says "Unable to access your online profile storage. The game has encountered an error." Is this related to the issue with our online profiles not updating? If so, I won't worry about it for now, and if not, what is this about?

Any thoughts or answers would be appreciated!

Either no one has the answer, or we're being ignored, haha. I'm going to take it to EA directly I guess, I'll let you know if I find the answer.

Just started playing this weekend and am getting the same error in game. My character has been updated once, but is way behind at this point. It has not updated in about 48 hours now.

I'm in the same boat. My only profiel shows my char at lv 13 (compared to lv 20 in game), has some of the trophies I've earned after lv13, but not all of them. I also encounter the same message, however sometimes it has been coming up after the start up screen (sometimes as late as in game play).

Additionally: my online profile has no character picture at all. No headshot, and no full body shots.

It'd be nice to know what is up with this.

same problem here. It says im level 7 on my profile when im level 19...

After searching around I've found that its caused by downloading the Wardens Keep quest. I hear they're working on a fix, but who knows how long that could take.

@jezzo79 -- Really? Odd, I've had Wardens Keep since day one and didn't get this message until....well, days later. Not that I'm saying it isn't due to the Wardens Keep DLC....just saying.



That said, thanks for telling us, atleast we know WHY its happening now. It'd be nice if they would keep us updated about these things on the forum. As Kortenx12 asked, have they given us any idea on how long it will take them? I can live with it for now, but I'm curious as to how long I will *have* to live with it ;P

Not due to wardens keep, I have not downloaded wardens keep, and got the error mentioned the very first time I played.

Agreed, I do not have Wardens Keep. I do have most everything else though, including two of the three things they gave away with the flash-game.

Yeah, same here, no Warden's Keep DLC for me, but I am also getting the error. Was starting to think it was and issue with my account or connection.

I got the error as soon as I downloaded the edge today. My profile does update slowly sometimes unless I log into my ea.com account and bioware account though, even before getting this "online profile storage" error.
