Is anyone else having this issue? I got the code from Play.com via email and came here to redeem it, but it won't work!

preorder was ok.
My problem was more with collector's edition content, somehow. I had 2 codes, was able to redeem one, but not the second (the one giving access to the "From the Ashes" mission)

I will try it on PSN instead, the email says to enter it on the BSN, but that isn't working.

Update: I clicked on the 'Settings' cog in Origin and was able to redeem the code that way.

I put the code in origin, checked on here to download the warfare pack and it's there but just says "more info". How am i supposed to download this?
