Is there a confirmed list of all timed missions (both main and side-quests)??? I really need it, I hate worrying whether something will disappear or not. Please post missions that you are sure are timed (and how long can you wait) so we can create a list! Thx!

I know Jacks mission is timed because if you dont do it after a certain point you have to fight a phantom jack later on

Alright, I'm going to give you a list of all the missions I missed before Cerberus attacks the Citadel, Isaac. That's as far as I've gotten in the game as far as missables.

I'm still pretty much at the beginning of the game -am I right in assuming that only the "priority" (story) missions "advance" time ? E.g. I won't miss any sidequests if I do everything I can before doing the next main quest mission ?

That is exactly right.
Do all the sidequests available, visit all the star clusters available before "Priority" missions, and you won't miss anything.

When you find out about the bomb on Tuchanka, you have 3 missions to do it, or it goes off and you lose a huge chunck of your krogan support.
