ME3 was the best game I have ever played... until it's very end.
In my own heart, my Shepard lives forever! She is a full person, not just that heavy beaten and murdered corpse at the end...

While I had no issue with the endings, and only the Normandy crash scene and lack of closure pisses me off, the OP is very well written and should be read and considered by BioWare.
