I get a "Mass Effect 3 ™ is no longer responding" message whenever I beat the Priority: Sur'Kesh mission. The crash occurs a the very start of the cutscene on the Normandy. I downloaded the patch and the problem wasn't fixed. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
 
am using a Toshiba Satellite A505 laptop with Windows 7, if that helps.

mine crashes just when the boss comes out when rescuing the female krogan, does the same exact thing when the boss comes out at grissom academy as well..I cant play missions at all. I have win 7 ultimate 64 bit, and this is the 3rd place Ive had to post this. Bioware will you please help? I have an asus, 6g ram dual core...i meet the specs no problem...HELP

I get a crash everytime I finish the dialog with mordin and the female krogan. The part where you get them from the salarian planet after negotiation mission between wrex, the turian leader and the salarian leader. I think that's the Sur"Kesh Mission mentioned here. The game crashes everytime the dialog finishes.
I got a femshep, adept, imported from me1/2 and the CE with the ashes dlc installed if that is of importance.
As for system requirements I should meet them easily. Any help/ideas would be awesome.

Edit:
After I posted this I found out there's a patch out for ME3. I'm used to Steam so I though Origin would download patches automatically, seems like it doesn't. After updating my problem went away. Good luck!
