 I am having trouble passing the final speech check... I am playing a paragon shep, and I think that I did a completionist runthrough... only mission still active is that i missed a some Intel from "ashes" 

can anyone fill me in on the requirements to pass it? it looks like my bar is completely full, just wondering why i am not able to complete it... Any help would be appreciated
