 Hello,
not sure where or who I should ask this, so here is a topic.

Basically, I pre-ordered the normal ME3 edition on Origin, and then bought the DLC From Ashes with Bioware points.
However, a little after this, I realized I kinda wanted the retail Collector's Edition (I love nice boxes ).

I contacted EA Assistance and were nice enough to give me a refund on the main game, but they don't have any information about the DLC, since it seems it's on the Bioware servers, not theirs.

Anyway, is it possible to get a refund for the DLC? I don't even need my real money back, Bioware points would suffice (I'll probably buy future DLC with them).

i tried to do that too, they ignored me when i did a live chat but the reason i'm wanting a refund is the fact that i can't even touch my single player game offline
