i got the DLC with my ME3 CE i install the game but when i run the game it said i don't have authorisation or something so can anyone help me out pls

Yes.

The "From Ashes" DLC code is from the color piece of paper in the CE steel book case (the other piece of paper being only black and white), even though the words "From Ashes" don't actually appear on the paper. That paper has "ACTIVATE YOUR COLLECTOR'S EDITION CONTENT" in orange on the front side and "ACCESS YOUR BONUS ARMOR AND WEAPON" on the back side. The back side is an advertising blurb about free ME3 DLC from trying the Kingdoms of Amalur demo.

The front side should be text on top of a painting of a planet with things burning up on atmospheric entry to the planet. In the middle of this page should be a white box with a black triangle to the left... that area should contain a 16 character code showing as 4 groups of 4 alphanumeric characters.

This web page has a section called "PC Physical - Redeeming Bonus Content (DLC)".  This section describes the process that you would perform to register the "From Ashes" DLC:

Should you complete this step successfully, then within the Origin client while looking at your list of games, if you again click the "i" link on the ME3 icon you should see *at least* the following list underneath "ADD-ONS AND BONUSES":

I have this problem too. It appears that since I put the code in here EA doesn't recognize it.

I had this same issue... From Ashes said it was "purchased" and installed... but every time I loaded the game it came up with a "this DLC is not authorized..." please log in with the account you redeemed it with.

After three failed attempts with Origin support, I actually was messing around in the "add-ons and bonuses" section of ME3 and even though it said From Ashes was installed, I right clicked and searched for updates. It then downloaded From Ashes, installed it... and no longer comes up with the same error. Hopefully this helps out some others having the same issue.

This is bulls*it :/ EA doesn't recognize my From Ashes (from CE) code as well... to say it's bloody annoying is an understatement!

i allso have the me 3 ce and had all the addons but even though it states ready to download it will not ea help have sent my five cases #to a higher helper said they would get back to me in aweek or two ?
