Yes and No.
Yes they show something they claim is Tali's face, but no, it actually isnt. Honestly your better off not knowing until Bioware gives us a proper face reveal.

On her home planet she takes off her mask.
You see nothing cause the camera stays on the back of her head and pans out.
My next play through, I have a relationship with Tali, so I'll see what "could" happen then.
