I pre-ordered the game, so I should have From Ashes. I can change skins so I assume nothing went wrong there, but I haven't received a mission for the DLC. I have now completed the game and all side missions, but the DLC is nowhere to be found. How do I aquire the mission?

It said it was included for Origin pre-orders. Besides, isn't the skin swapping only available in DLC? Or are two skins available for all by default?
EDIT: Turns out it was the special equipment that was included, and not the DLC. And for the record, the serials for the equipment was sent in an e-mail.

That is correct. ME3's squadmates have alternate appearances by default.

From Ashes was never for Origin Pre-orders. It's only ever been a CE thing or a separate purchase. Origin pre-order was a shotgun and assault rifle.
