I've been playing a reasonable amount of multiplayer - enough to max out my galactic readiness (at least until it decays), and unlocked: Turian Soldier, Asari Vanguard, and Quarian Infiltrator. I've also unlocked a handful of weapons and mods and had a fairly good stockpile of consumables -missiles, survival packs, medigel, and thermal clip pack.

At the end of a particular match during which I was playing my Asari Vanguard, equipped with a Phaeston II, with two mods, I got the "welcome to multiplayer" popup which gave the free kit for using multiplayer, and all of my unlocks were gone, all of my consumables were gone. The past three days of play were just wiped out. I still have my XP, remaining credits, and readiness rating, but  my unlocked characters are locked again, my additional weapons are gone, etc.

I saw on the help site that you shouldn't enter the store while "ready" for a match as that can cause this, but I've been careful to only hit ready once I'm done with the store and spending skill points.

I have this issue too. Lost all my stuff, I had bought some Bioware points and used them on packs too so I am not happy at all that all my stuff is gone. I seriously hope they are going to reimburse me or restore my unlocks.

 Same issue here. Lost everything, followed by a Starter Pack at the store.
