Every time I try and enter the Engineering Deck on the Normandy the game crashes. It happens whatever deck I'm trying to access it from.

When I try and take the elivator to the deck it get stuck on the 'loading' screen and i have to ctrl-alt-del out of the game.

Anyone else experiencing this or have any Idea why it's happening?  I have no DLC installed.

im having the same problem. ive tried multiple times and nothing has worked. got the digital deluxe edition.

my loading screen doesnt get stuck though, the game just crashes to the desktop with an error stating that mass effect 3 has stopped working.

I'm having this same problem with the crash to desktop. It was doing it with the elevator in the Normandy, I reinstalled and it worked. Now it's doing it with the elevator in the Citadel. Always seems to be the bottom 2 floors that I can't get to. Am I going to have to reinstall each time I need to use elevators?

I've been having the same problem. I just started the game, and for some reason cannot go to engineering. The game crashes to the desktop and "Mass Effect 3 has stopped working." I've repaired the installation twice so far, and no change occurred.

I repaired the Extended Cut DLC. Fixed all of the problems.
