SH2dak - my PC collectors discs have huge N7 and at top Mass effect 3 n7 collector's edition

my order was with play i almost thought i wouldnt get it till next week but they dispatched them all last night with next day delivery DPD even tho i was paying for regular delivery and it arrived at 11:20ish this morning
i belive alot of these delivery issues are becasue they were forced not to release the games until a certain time i imagine they have spent a fair amount on delivery costs to keep alot of people happy

Lol, Ive  ordered from shopto for the first time. They sent the game out and it arrived on thurs. MASSIVE PROBLEM. Despite in the email saying they were sending it to my dispatchy adress they instead sent it to my billing address. Not exactly a competent service imo. This means I wont be able to play the game for a while because I do not visit my billing address very often. 
Having ordered from amazon numerous times I have never encountered such problems. Unless shopto re-emberse me in some way then I probably will not be using them again after the service they have given. it will depend soely on how good their customer service is.

Uh oh. Can anybody else confirm this for UK CE Xbox 360 versions. Do your discs have N7 printed on them?

Well yet again Amazon.co.uk have failed me with their guaranted delivery.....it was sent out yesterday via Royal Fail, no tracking info.....I'm guessing they sent it first class again despite charging for expidited.

I'll be demanding the postage refund again and I've cancelled all my other pre-orders with Amazon since they proved to be useless on pre-orders for me.

update:

i gave HDNL hell over the phone, and despite attempting to lie to me about the reason why they failed to deliver ("Amazon gave it to us too late last night", which is interesting as Amazon gave them ALL their copies last night at the same time, lol) they are sending it to me tomorrow instead of Monday, but i have to stay at home again all day as even though they screwed up they can;t tell me when they might deliver it.

STILL tomorrow is better than three days time...

strange,  it seems to be all completely computerised to me, especially the 5 minute despatch system, takes 3 minutes from order time until you have an email with a photo.  from what i can from the video on their website see human hands are not involved at all.

Ok arrived home from work and nothing had been delivered, rang Amazon and told them whats going on. They said sorry blah blah blah dont know why it hadnt been delivered. So theyre sending it out tomorrow sometime, also told them that theyre mental if they think im paying the 1st class postage. So looks like it will be tomorrow for me, oh well. Its awesome outside and its the weekend. Lets booze.

You're not the only one OP! I bought mine on amazon and paid £5 for one-day-delivery and I was promised I would receive it today and I haven't I'm also with HDNL and apparently it was "out for delivery" at 8 this morning. Any ideas on when I'll receive it?

UPDATE for Royal Mail users with Amazon:

Just got off the phone with a very helpful customer assistant and she checked the status of my order. She has claimed that I am not the first one to have enquired about the status of their 'Mass Effect 3' game and she says that they should be arriving today. She says that it can arrive any time up until 7pm today.

Guess thats another 2 and a half hours waiting =/

The HDNL van left the depot (about 1 hour tops away from where I live) at 8 this morning and apparently has been driving for over 8 hours :/ I think someone's mucked up somewhere

I've checked with 'customer service' and they have indeed sent it out on the afternoon of 8th via first class Royal Mail, no chance in hell that I would have got it today and this is the second time running that i've paid for expidited and they have sent it first class (with a late delivery). I got the postage refunded but that is really not the point......i'm done with Amazon for pre-ordering games.

Delivery is having our lives here

I never have this kind of trouble with any other products, just release day games =/ If it doesn't arrive tonight, I'm going to get either get it guaranteed from amazon that I will get it tommorow (through 'gentle' persuasion) or get a refund and just got to a shop like Game.

How can I tell who is going to deliver my order. I have ordered with amazon uk and they say they cant track my package and do not tell me who the courier is.

Any help people who have had stuff from them before would be appriciated thanks.
