How can I tell who is going to deliver my order. I have ordered with amazon uk and they say they cant track my package and do not tell me who the courier is.
Any help people who have had stuff from them before would be appriciated thanks.

Log onto your Amazon account, and look at 'my orders' Click your order and there will be a list of information included your courier.
You should also have recieved an email with the same information

Just got off the phone with a very helpful customer assistant and she checked the status of my order. She has claimed that I am not the first one to have enquired about the status of their 'Mass Effect 3' game and she says that they should be arriving today. She says that it can arrive any time up until 7pm today.
Guess thats another 2 and a half hours waiting =/

I phoned 'customer service' around 1pm, i got Maria who actually hung up the first time around... She did say after i got her back on the phone that it has been dispatched, that it should be with me today, and that they deliver upto 7pm. I also got an email stating;
"Your order is still in transit and I'm confident that it'll arrive by the estimated delivery date."
They will get some stick tomorrow if it doesnt arrive before 7pm and i certainly won't be pre-ordering any games from Amazon in the future, thats for sure! First time and last.
I've got a sneaky suspicion I will be on the phone to them again tonight 
but for now, I remain positive!

Yeah I agree with you. It happened with MW3 for me also, didn't arrive till the day after
Although they have said to give up until 7pm, who gets mail that late?!

Same here, i have the code...but no game lol. Should we wait to redeem it though? sometimes it is better to do it in the game I have heard.. not sure though.
Too bad I can't even use it Have you pre-ordered Collectors edition or standard edition?

Hmm, where is your local depot, maybe we have a similar issue with the same sorting office/ depot, if so, maybe now they are running scared that i called them out on lying and Amazon isnt pleased with them, i might be able to get them to make sure ures arrives tomorrow too?
