As title.
Yeah, I did a very stupid thing today... :crying:
I can't get the whole N7 Wargear because of that.
Since EA help doesn't HELP, so I'm hoping  to find some answers here.

Please contact me if you need extra information.

Can someone help me?:(

PS. I took a photo of it, I can show you if needed.

Where did you get it from? I got mine from Gamestop and knowing them I could just take the torn receipt to them and they'd give me a new one.

If you have a collectors edition registered on your account with no extras activated they may be lenient to send you a key for them, but since you damaged the sheet with the key on it.. technically it is your fault. But again they may be lenient.

How much damaged is it? Are just a few numbers unreadable? Maybe you can try out the missing parts, would take a while but worth trying.

How did I damage it?
Well, I took a coin then scratched my pre-order code card to get the code, but obviously I did it a little bit too hard...
And I COMPLETELY lost the first group of code and it's impossible to identify what was it exactly.

Thank guys, so what should I do now?
Contact with EA or Bioware?
With EA, well, the help centre DOESN'T help at all.

I know it's my mistake, but for reaper sake,
I'm a very loyal bioware game player and as well as a ME fan.
I have all bioware epic games!!!
Oh, boy I'm so down right now, I don't even know what I'm saying.

From what country did you make this purchase, and what retailer supplied you the N7 Warfare Gear code?

In North America, we were provided this code on a printed receipt or by email... not as a code hidden underneath a silver/gray scratch-off medium like those seen on retail store gift cards.

If that's the case, then the number can probably be reconstructed, though there would be some trial and error. How many digits are obscured.damaged?

NOTE: To prevent someone from being naughty and taking advantage of you, DO NOT LINK TO A SCANNED IMAGE YET.

Don't be down. You're not missing much of anything. I've got the N7 Warfare Gear... Standard game items are better.

However, as it's a pre-order bonus. You should contact the store you purchased the game from and see if they can issue you a new card/code.

Usually they email the code to you. Well that's what Amazon did for me (UK).

Call Origin support and tell them the truth about what happened. They have the ability to generate a new code for you and hopefully they will. They were very helpful with issues I had and at one point I was experiencing the issue posted here about the From Ashes DLC code not being recognized as valid here on the Bioware Social Network. They immediately issued me another code, which also proved to be invalid. In actuality both codes are fine, it was something here not working properly because I went directly to the Origin app after the 2nd code failed and input it there and it was recognized instantly.

Long story short... I would expect them not to be too tight-fisted with the code.
