as the title says my N7 CE content are not showing up on my profile including my online pass which i have redeemed and downloaded.

anyone else having this issue

Yep, same issue here. Not sure if it is because I redeemed the online pass in xbox.com instead of in the console (typing five diffrenent codes with a pad is just pain in the a**)

Edit:

I have all the CE content available in game, it's just not showing in my registered game content and I'm unable to download the soundtrack

Same here...EA decided to fix this by adding the PS3 version instead to my profile, Im trying to chat with someone else to fix this *sigh*

Same, just got even downloaded, turned on the game, registered it on here but it's not recognising it as CE, even though I've downloaded the N7 CE code.
Was hoping to download the soundtrack.

EA rep seem to not get this right 2hrs ive spent on this and so far they have now added Sountrack twice for PS3...Online Pass PS3... *facepalm*

I redeemed my code on Xbox.com and had no problems. It didn't show up on the site until after the second time I started the game, though.

If you look at your Registered Game Content page here, does it show your Gamertag?

Only under the details not against each piece of content, the EA rep I was chatting to 30mins ago assured me that he removed all the PS3 entitlements and added the Xbox 360 ones...Just checked and still wrong. Still showing soundtrack TWICE for PS3 and Online Pass PS3 >.< why cant EA reps just get this righ the first time around???

Same here. I redeemed the online pass on Xbox Live - not realizing that the online pass is/was linked with the N7 collector's edition dlc and while it let me download it [thank god] and it will let me download the soundtrack on BSN... it doesn't appear under my registered game content [like the online pass does] and it doesn't show up on the in-game downloads page either.

Obviously this is quite a big issue because if it get's wiped from the HDD or I or others who are having this problem get some kind of hardware error/failure then I/we will have lost that content [we paid for] forever. That's not good.

I fix/solution would be very much appreciated.

Same problem here. XBOX 360 version, downloaded online pass, registered game, not showing up as Collector's Edition and no soundtrack to download.

I am in the same situation. In game but not registered on my profile. Only exception is that I can download the soundtrack. Also, I cannot access the CE forum avatars!

I didn't have any problems with my CE content, BUT, when i got the code for my preorder DLC and registered it, it is only coming up in the PC section when i clearly preordered on the 360 and registered 360 ME3 codes.
Anyone know if it will appear under 360 later, or do i need to get onto bioware/EA and get them to try and change it?

^ You should probably talk to EA Chat about that and it will be solved--if you get a good representative.

Alo Freefall, does the N7 CE content show up under a separate entitlement from the "Online Pass" on your registered game content?

Joys, chatting with an EA rep sounds like its going to be a blast

On my redeemed, i have an online pass and a soundtrack entry in my 360 section, when i downloaded it on my 360 though i think it all just came under limited edition content, hope that helps.

Thanks Freefall. So it looks the Collector's Edition content is included with the "Online Pass" entitlement on the game content registered list (for us anyway) but is marked as CE Content on our hard drives.

From what I was told Online Pass appears on this site as such and without a CE prefix, I just changed my picture there was an option for ME 3 and then ME 3 game owner.

No worries Dresden, hope your stuff gets sorted out soon.

Just waiting on the chat, but, spoke to a friend of mine and the same thing has happened to him regarding the N7 gear, so, im hoping now its just an updating issue on bioware's end.

Oh ok looks like EA has made a bit of a mess here with the CE then >.<

When I activated my online pass the first message I got on the game screen was 'failed to connect to server' typical EA...So maybe if i sign into the game tonight and it logs in properly maybe BSN will update as well?

What I find confusing is how EA managed to updated my profile to show the Online Pass for PS3 but they couldnt do that for the Xbox 360 *facepalm*

Well, at least thats 3 of us in the same boat now, im starting to think its an update issue or something, as usually when i have redeemed 360 codes in the past they have come up in the PC section aswell.

@ Freefall, Life, and Dantaious, update this thread (and everyone else) if anything is fixed by using EA Chat or all by itself since BioWare hasn't been giving updates on this issue at all.

Still in chat at the mo, will let you know how things go.

EDIT: well after quite a long chat and abit of confusion along the way, i ended up being given a XBLM code which gave me the N7 preorder gear. Top service from the guys at EA chat (Shweta i believe, apologies if i have got the spelling wrong).

No idea though if the content that zavvi gave me will also come up as 360 later though.
