Hello, A couple months back I finished what i would call a perfect run of Mass Effect 1, which means i got the game's desions just how i would like it so that it reflects in Mass Effect 3, I need to play through Mass Effect 2 to further the story how i like but as I select a charater to import, it goes along as normal (the Mass Effect 2 logo pops up) but then it completey freezes my console, How do I fix this?

Freezes tend to be random, so I'd usually chalk it down to experience and reboot. Any particular reason why this isn't working?
Unless there's a bug in the software there's unlikely to have been a 'fix' in the traditional sense. At most it might be a clearing the cache thing.

No idea it will goes as normal and just freeze up my entire console. and what about a cache?
