I was chatting to an EA rep to sort out the fact that I have the collectors edition, the rep finally got the soundtrack to show on my bioware page however they added:
Online pass - PS3
Soundtrack - PS3
I tried explaining that they put the WRONG platform on my profile as I have the Xbox 360 version but this person kept throwing codes at me to redeem and not telling me what the codes were for.
I have already registered this game on my Xbox 360 I have activated my CE online pass and ashes DLC, I tried explaining to the rep that they need to add Xbox 360 to my profile and NOT PS3...Then the rep disconnected me.
Whats going on??
EA has just added the WRONG platform to my account!!!

Ok they fixed the soundtrack issue but they seem to not understand simple English asking them to change the online pass to Xbox 360 they keep saying i need to go buy the game >.<

Now they managed to update my profile to show soundtrack TWICE for PS3 and still showing online pass for PS3 *facepalm*

I'd call EA corporate office which is in America and get them to fix it. Request to speak to a person who was born in america and does not have a thick accent. This is the only way you are going to get this fixed.

Yeah Im in the UK i had to eventually call a UK office however they said its been fixed, im looking at my games for registered content and its still showing wrong.
EA gave me an online pass when i dont need it, then another person offered to delete my online and then issue me with another pass, i was like no dont do that.
