So, I was digging through the Mass Effect 3 game data - morbid curiosity, mostly - and I came across sound files for a conversation between Liara and Aethyta. I didn't run across this in my game, however, and I was hoping that somebody could point out where it occurs, as that's one thing I would absolutely love to see.

I think you have to get to a point where you see Aethyta in the presidium commons, near where Liara sits and the talk to her. Then you go talk to Liara and convice her to go talk to Aethyta.

You have to talk to Aethyta at the cafe in the presidium commons before the Priority Citadel 2 mission. She will not be available once you've completed the Tuchanka 2 mission.

Does anyone have any informations about Liara / Aethyta decision?
I mean the one after the moment she tells you she's her father and you have a choice to force Liara to chat with her or leave it ... I have read that she will disappear if you force Liara to talk to Aethyta .. any further consequences?

She's there at the cafe in the Citadel after Sur'Kesh. I believe you have to have seen the SB videos in ME2 with that character in order to get her to talk about being Liara's father. Yes you have to talk Liara into talking with her.
Its a very nice piece of dialogue but unfortunately it doesn't come up again. Oh and Aethyta gives you some minor War Assets.
