For those who have been playing Dawnguard:

Agreed, Dawngaurd had everything you could have asked for, EC had nothing we asked for.
Have you played both the Dawnguard and Vampire questlines?
SPOILERS:
It's either:
A: Become a Vampire and help Serana stop Lord Harkon
B: Join the Dawnguard and help Serana stop Lord Harkon
SPOILERS END
It's oneupmanship because ME3 made you choose between red, green and blue AT THE END
Dawnguard made you choose between black and white at the beginning.<_<
Your argument doesn't work because you complain about the game not the EC.
EC = 10 minutes of cutscenes, not better endings. Ending promised as not A,B, or C.
Dawnguard = endless sandboxing in new locales and at least 4+ hours of quests, ending never advertised as divergent. ANd a new companion/squadie.
Really which one is better?
The point I'm trying to make is that it's the same damn thing no matter what you choose, but it's worse since it's right at the beginning.
Imagine if the entire Mass Effect 3 game was the same no matter what you did in ME2, it's not exactly the same but what I'm trying to do is make a point.
The advertising on my 360 tells me that I'd "make the ultimate choice" and Dawnguard isn't what gives you endless sandboxing, it's Skyrim itself so that atribution is false, that and Serana won't shut the **** up about having unloving parents and being lonely and whatever else she ****es about over the course of the add-on.
I don't find any kind of enjoyment in babysitting an underworld referance suffering poor pitiful me syndrome, at least Mjoll tries to be entertaining when she rails on and on.
BUT ALL THIS IS IRRELEVANT.
This is a Mass Effect 3 motivational poster thread, not a place for idiots like you and I to argue about Skyrim.
I was just trying to make a point and see if there were like-minded individiuals who would see and comment, I figured it was okay since a majority of ME players play for the SP and since The Elder Scrolls features some the best SP experiances ever made, I rationilized it was safe to assume that fans of SP games would, by association, have at some point played or actively play Skyrim, which is the latest installment in the aforementioned TES series.
I apoligize for the rant and would like to dismiss any claims of anger or reapers.
I respect the opinions of everyone on this website and sincerely ask forgiveness for this monstrosity of this post.
I will assume direct control of my actions and upload nothing but motivationals unless asked aquestion or for whatever reason am given reason to type words.:innocent:
