I disagree. The end of ME3 could have been a giant lump of dog faeces, and still be a better ending than Twilight.

Ehhh. I have to agree. Twilight's endings are worse than ME3 (though more by being Twilight than anything else). Not by much, though.

Just out of curiosity, anyone else feel that the ending has kept them from starting a new playthrough.  I'm actually thankful for multiplayer.  It just hurts too much to start a new one.

I started a second playthrough for the purpose of screenshots. And found myself handling the whole thing better. Though I surprised myself by crying again at Legion's sacrifice where with others I just looked on with a morose expression. And subsequently tearing up when his quiet voice asked "Does this unit have a soul?" in the final nightmare. Apparently Legion's death touched me more than I thought.

But I tapped Alt-F4 this time before Hackett could open his mouth and ruin EVERYTHING. So I have the starting point for my own ending settled in my head when I eventually post it at the end of my story.
