Well I was thinking after a few hours of rest after the completion of my first run on ME3 on ideas to get endings that satisfy most of the people without major changes on the game's plot... So I found three nice ideas based on the three basic endings.
Pre-ending.... First of all, After Harbinger zaps you, you get injured but go to the citadel with your companions and still in fighting condition... Yes, you get the scene with Timmy but you need a lot of reputation and having the right choices to save your friends and Anderson... After Timmy's deat (And possibly Anderson and your two companions) you get to the conversation with the guardian, he explains his motives (Better motives, for example that they're trying to protect us from some sort of galactic disaster or somthing like that) and then you get the choices below.... Note, in the first two endings you get
1- Paragon Ending... You tell to the guardian that you choose to be free and engage de upcoming disaster by ourselves, then you kill him but he calls Harbinger and you get a massive fight against Suidward Tentacles...After defeating this big guy with some sort of Innusannon weapon to kill reapers (one hell of a fight), you destroy the reapers once and for all after engaging the "destruction mode" of the crucible and you get rescued by Joker before the explosion... In the Aftermath you get a hero reception in Earth with everyone drinking beer around the galaxy and you get your Piña-Colada ending and start to prepare a strategy to the upcoming disaster.
2- Renegade Ending... You tell the guardian that it's time for a new administration and that you choose to use the reaper fleet to your own purposes, you try to kill him, but like in the other ending he calls Squidward, but now you tame him with some evil Timmy's weapon (Harder battle with a lot of minions running around)... After taming Harbinger you order him to kill the guardian, he obeys and then you connect the weapon with the crucible to send the control signal wich also affects EDI and the Geth.... Then, here's an inflexion point... you can choose to join forces with the other races (This depends on your treats with them, a hostile race will try to take the technology and you would be forced to kill them, otherwise by fear they will support you as new landlord of Milky Way) or Killing them all and use all that technology only for humans or your own purposes.... In the end you look at some sort of screen in Harbinger's (Your new flagship) the construction of new reapers from the exterminated races in order to fight the upcoming disaster.
3- Absolute Perfect Ending... Basically the same, you get the conversation with the guardian, but now he see your great skills and accept the fact that you've exceeded their expectations... so he propose you an alliance to achieve the ultimate stage of evolution; Synthesis.... Now, in these part, Harbinger gets angry and take the guardian as a traitor and kills him... Now you get the hardest battle (These requires a maximum ammount of assets, a lot of dreadnoughts to fight the angry reapers and a lot of supporting soldiers... In the end, with all the reapers and the galactic fleet in an all-in mexican standoff you need to kill a enormous army of minions (Harvesters and such) and then the Harbinger's avatar (personificated by a very powerful Kai Leng who had survived on Timmy's base) and after killing him, Joker makes the grace shot with the very calibrated Thanix Cannon of the Normandy... With Harbinger's death, the other reapers realized the potential of the union and accepts a treaty... In here, there's also inflexion points.
*You blow off the treaty and destroy them (You don't achieve the perfect ending... this choice get a lot of people death.
* You blow off the treaty and control them (this choice requires a lot of alliance assets and a lot of renegade points or you will die)
* You accept the deal, the reapers join to the crucible and make a even more powerful machine... then you join to the machine (No death, it's not like jumping to the light beam)... After that, Every single living being on the galaxy (even reapers) have a new DNA (One third it's from their original DNA, and the second third build with traces of every single species turned into reapers and the last third by syntethic DNA)
If you chose the last one, now there's peace, you get the ending with all that blue little children you promised, both organic and machines (now the same) starts to rebuild the galaxy in order to fight together the upcoming disaster.
Just ideas, but I think they are quite interesting and do not need to alter the game pre-TIM base.
