Hey, I have been having some issues with ME3 on pc. When I run the game it starts up fine, but once I start playing the game keeps stopping every two or three seconds, then the screen goes black for a sec, and recovers. I get the error message "display driver has stopped responding and has recovered". I have not been having this problem with any other games, but after I installed mass effect 3 it started going crazy on other games too. Have tried installing latest graphic drivers, resetting to older drivers, installing the game on different hard drives etc.

I run on windows 7 ultimate with a AMD Radeon HD 6900 series. Had the same problem with Civ 5 when I bought the computer. My specs should be more than good enough to run any games out today.

anyone having the same problem?

You may want to re-seat the card and make sure that the drivers are up to date and reinstall directx. I know just in the last months of 2011 ATI put out many driver updates, most of which had specific fixes just for Rage but also tidied up many other bugs. I have a 6870 and haven't had a single hiccup or issue graphics wise with ME3. I am also running Win7 Ultimate 64. I will try to remember to post my driver and directx versions when I get home.

Thanks, i found the problem. A friend of mine came by, and we tried using his graphics card, removed graphic drivers with Driver Cleaner. After innstalling the driver again, then putting back my card, everything worked fine. Played trough the game now, loved it. (Well, 99 percent of it)
