When I choose to import an old ME2-Character, it doesn't find any. I already imported my whole ME2 into Origin, but this didn't help.

Isn't it possible to import old ME2-Characters into ME3?

Had the same problem. U need to create a folder in documents\\bioware\\mass effect 2\\save\\ and name it name-class-date (like "John-soldier-12102010"), and put your save there. Importent: you put it in ME2 save folder, not ME3's.

That is the default folder, I had to use the Glibbed editor because I started playing after I beat the game (to do some DLC), so I could play my shepard.

I've already done all that, and it still does not work.

I'm having the same problems as EnergizerBunny211 I've made sure that all my saves and my profiles are in the proper folders, but nothing changes.

would having ME2 on Steam and ME3 on Origins have any effect on this?

I've gibbed a new save and had an original save from my game and neither work. I have no idea why. Please someone help as I would really like to import the character that I've spent hours on from ME2
