Tech support's the more logical place, yes - except the tech support forums are separated by platform. This section is for PC issues only, but the problem with our unlocks going poof affects everyone - PC, XBox 360 and PS3 players.

But there isn't much useful information in the main thread, anyway. Alhough the main thread was started by Bioware's community rep about a week ago, there haven't been any official updates since. 

Some folks have gotten personal replies from customer service or PMs on the forums saying there will be a fix - eventually. That's not the same as official confirmation, though. And there's certainly no ETA.

How reassuring. From what I have seen, this is the most serious bug excluding Origin being a piece of crap. Getting a statement like that makes me think "We know about the issue, but dont think it needs a hotfix". I'm sure thats not the case, but it is the impression it gives.

"We cannot restore lost items at this time. This is part of what Bioware is working out, and updates to the situation can be gained from Bioware Social Network web site. Thank you for your patience."


so they are working on it good start ^^
