So I have been reading alot about EA and Amazon already shipping DA out to customers and my poor DA collector's edition through Gamestop has just sat there doing nothing with a "pre-order ships 11/3" on the status column. I have been getting really worried about it because I thought Gamestop guaranteed release date arrival or shipping is free.

Finally, after checking I don't know how many time and with phone in hand ready to call them to find out a status, I went to get my order number off their website and the status had been changed to "shipped" with a tracking number.

I am happy once again

Mine said shipped as well. Checked at 7:30 am this morning. Can't track it yet though. Should get it tomorrow!!!

In that guarantee it said something about if you order by 10am on the 2nd you could get it by the 3rd so they were probably waiting untill that time to mass ship them out or something.

I just checked and it must be updating because I can't even see my order right now. I ordered from Gamestop as well.

Mine has been ordered since March maybe Apirl so if it doesn't I will bring the wrath of a hundred banshees down on Gamestop...I'm pretty sure it's shipping today as earlier it said shipping on 11/03, which they all said. It's still not showing anything right now though. Just says "this is where you can look up recent and past orders" with nothing else underneath.

If you ordered overnight shipping they guarantee it by release day otherwise you may be a day or two later. I know store wise copies came in around friday.

Yes, mine became "Shipped" with a tracking number as well. I selected "USA Overnight". However, cannot track as of yet. Message I receive when trying to do so is:

">>> UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later."

I guess they just haven't scanned the package at their hubs or whatever yet, not a problem I suppose, hopefully getting it tomorrow, and I called off of work tomorrow too! Let the fun begin! 1 day of work, 1 day off, 3 days work, not a bad playing week.

Woot. Mine says shipped as well. But no tracking when I click on the tracking number. Probably just not physically picked up yet. I'm sure it will be on my door step when I get home from work tomorrow.

Yep mine's overnight. They have always gotten them to me before I don't see why this time should be any different.

It's been shipped yay! Right after when I got back from class I checked on gamestop and I did my happy irish jig. I'm gonna get it tomorrow! SOOOOOOOOO STOKED!

Amazon and other online stores will try to get the game to you on the release date, but they're usually a day late. When Amazon, or anyone else posts UPS shipments on the weekend, it only means that they've billed your account, and have sent a notice to UPS for the pickup of your order. The actual pickup, by UPS, happens today, Monday, November 2nd.

My Gamestop order has shipped as well. Though didn't get an email code for the preorder bonus Feral Wolf Charm. So I called their tech support and s'posidly the're going to get their "web team" to send me a code. Course that was hours ago and I still don't have a code. Not that missing one item is going to ruin the game for me by any means.

mine still say "open"... for 75.00 (overnight shipping) I could easily just go to the store before class, sell a few games and get it.

this is a wee bit annoying, but then again I orderd mine on friday so we will see.

Edit: guess the local gamestop has yet to get there shipment arg, well I sort of figured I would not get it on release date:crying:

Stores never get their stuff before Tuesday morning unless there's a midnight release. I'd call back your local store and ask em what time their truck usually comes. Courier services usually do commercial shipping before household, so if they get their deliveries around 10 or 11, you'll prolly be able to pick it up before the afternoon.



I'm a little miffed that people who ordered from EAStore.com directly have already gotten their copies - when EA had this huge drive incentivizing people to go thru certain 3rd party distributors. Wolf charm versus Monday delivery... hrmmmm... I wonder?

The status for mine is "Open" and the line item one still reads "Pre-orders ship 11/03/09." At this point I was at least expecting it to say "Processed."

Just called my local EB Games and they confirmed that they have my CE waiting for me to pick up tomorrow morning. Yay Now I am just wondering if they'll actually have the preorder bonuses, since they're been sketchy on those in the past.

Mine says it was shipped several hours ago, but the tracking number still isn't showing up in UPS' system.
