Does anyone here think that she looked much better in ME2 than in ME3? I certainly do...

Yep, and if you look closely they just took a normal human female model for her, it doesnt really resemble her at all

She also has a different voice at least it didn't sound like the same from ME2 ...

I like the hairstyle better, but I guess I preferred her as a redhead (like I told her). Well, at least I have her classic Kelly look to gaze at in my captain's quarters.

As for the voice, I've spent a lot of time discerning, and as best I can tell, it's the same actress just doing a different take on the material - a more grown-up, slightly less optimistic Kelly.

Definitely same voice, she's just lost her perkiness. Considered how dejected she seems it makes sense.

As for appearance, it's mostly her hair I thought that made her harder to identify

She's also not wearing make-up. And she died! I actually cared about her :(. Well... I guess that's what happens when you work for TIM. I wonder if there's a way of saving here? (Not that it matters since the whole citadel is taken away...)

Wouldn't telling her in your first conversation to change her identity and look let her survive after the whole thing with the Citadel.

Where do you meet her in ME3? Because on my game I didn't get to see her and she didn't die on my ME2 playthrough.

At the Citadel on the floor just between the docking bay and the embassy

Doh. I told her to stay and help the refugees. OK, she'll live in my next playthrough. Dang you, Cerberus! *shakes fist*

I wasn't thrilled with how she looked or sounded. That big, bouffant hairdo is a no-go for me.

Either way she won't join you in the normandy she says she's too traumatized by the collector abduction. The option to tell her to change her identity is different from the stay and help the refugees one.

Guess I screwed that one up... But won't she die anyway since the Citadel is abducted?

I'm pretty sure the option to tell her to help or change her identity is the same decision. That's what made it such a stark choice, though I could be misremembering.

And she won't appear at all unless you actually had dinner with her in ME2. That was confirmed by a Bioware person in the Kelly thread in the character discussion forum. It assumes she went back to Cerberus otherwise, and probably had bad things happen to her.

It was different I remember since the choices in the game were hardly diverse for the most part it's always two at a time. The first options were to Come join us at the Normandy and Stay Here, the next one was something about She's doing a good job or something and change her identity.
