I'm going to start the last mission soon, but my blue readynessbar thing is not full yet, the gray bar is full though, will I get the best ending?

under the list of my troups:
~4900
Readyness 50%
~2450

Yes but unless Galactric Readiness is above 50%, your total strength is cut by half.

So I can't even get the best ending without playing the extremly bad and laggy multiplayer?

It sounds like you made a bunch of bad choices, skipped some quests, or skipped on scanning for assets. Because your number is particularly low.

Quarians, Geths, Turians and Krogans joined me, I did all the N7 missions and also many quests, not all though, but I think I skipped scanning because I didn't get the new system
