Hey guys, I had just bought a used version of ME3 for  PS3, I am willing to pay the $15 for the cerberus network and did that by downloading the Cerberus pack with Zaeed and the comic book. I've just downloaded it and installed it but the comic is not coming up at all, after the normandy crash the comic doesnt kick in, am I doing something wrong? I've redownloaded/installed it about 3 times now, any help is appreciated. thanks.

EDIT: Zaeed isnt showing up on my dossier either,

I don't know about your first question... but Zaeed doesn't appear until a couple hours into the game. I can't say much without spoiling, sorry.

As far as I know (again, it's been awhile since I played), but the only way I remember accessing the Cerberus Network was when it said "connected to EA servers". Normally, the right computer screen at the main menu is supposed to pop up, but on the PS3 version, it doesn't. That's just the way Bioware wanted it.

I don't remember anything about a comic book... unless your referring to the Mass Effect 1 "backstory"? Supposedly, that happens right after the Normandy crashes.

I hope that makes sense... but until someone else answers, I don't know what else to say, sorry.

Yeah I was referring to the backstory, it doesn't show up. When I'm at the title screen i can connect to the servers but then i have to enter the cerberus code which came with new copies of ME2, but mine is used which is why I bought the pack, I thought it would allow me to have the DLC and backstory without the code but that's not working. I feel like I spent $15 on nothing. Either way, thanks for the answer, greatly appreciated.

I too am just starting up ME2 on PS3 but doing a search found that, as noted by hynh2her, the Mass Effect Genesis comic book will come up where he says. If you do a search on Mass Effect 2 Genesis you will even find You Tube posts of the actual comic book back story that will allow you to make your initial 'choices'. Have fun.

Oh okay, sorry about the confusion. I'm not entirely sure how "friendly" DLC works with used copies of games. I have heard a lot of people have issues getting used copies to work, so they often have to request a refund from PSN...

Having the same problem still. Just re-downloaded and installed and still not getting the comic story when I should.

I am also having this problem.

I bought a new copy of the PS3 version, but the code had expired.
Tryed to then buy it through the PSN.
It installed, but did nothing. Whenever i press triangle at the main menu screen
it just brings up a code entry screen.
