I have a question about the possible "conflict" between ME1 and ME2 romances.

My current Shepard romanced Ashley in ME1 and Miranda in ME2. If I had to choose I prefer to rekindle the relationship with Miranda. 
I'm about to talk with Ash in the Hospital, the scene starting with the "Spectre issue": will the dialogue choice affect  who becomes ME3 LI? 

If I want to rekindle relationship with Miranda do I have to choose the "renegade" dialogue (namley the "I'm not sure" dialogue option)?

Last question: can we have some brief "relationship" with the new LI and the choose to rekindle ME2 one?
Since what it's going to happen to Shepard a little more "social life" won't hurt
