Also i have this problem and i don't know what to do! Strange that in games of the Bioware are crash, and the first time that happened!

It's a know bug, it happens quite often in the Italian Version of ME3 for Xbox 360. I've got this problem too. I'll play mp 'til it's fixed, hopefully soon.
