Is there a simple way to get your ME1 and ME2 face into ME3?

I've looked at a few guides and to be honest, they all seem like such a lot of hassle. I'm not a total idiot when it comes to computers lol, but it seems like a lot of jibberish as well. I can't believe they would have a problem like this, the Shepard in ME3 doesn't really look anything like mine and its a big deal for me since I've always played both games back to back as the same guy. Just wondering if anyone has found a quick/easy solution to this problem. I 've tried loading ME2 and I cant find a code for my character's face. I've tried a new game + and importing the face and no code.

This sort of works but I think only really because I pretty much used a preset from the start. My guy is preset 1 but I changed his eyebrows, beard and hair colour. What I had to do was start up ME2 and make him in that. It looks exactly like my ME1 character in the ME2 editor and I was able to write down the code. Then loaded up ME3 and imported my Shepard, went down to the code bit and used LB + RB to navigate a long to the bits that needed changing (for some reason it doesn't let you put full stops in so you cant delete them). It looks like my guy, just his hair seems a lot darker for some reason, and he's a lot paler. Looks like an evil version lol. Anyway, if this helps anyone then hurray :-)
