So I just got my phyiscal copy of Mass Effect 3 Collector's (N7) Edition. I activated it on Origin but the install kept asking for CD1 after I had activated my key, so I decided to just download (this is not the topic of my thread, just mentioning)

Anyway, I then went to "SBN" and activated ME3, went to downloads section and I can now download the Soundtrack and the armour from Reckoning. But the thing is I have the N7 Contents key but it Origin and "SBN" says it's invalid. I've tried with and without hyphens.. 

Anyone know what to do? BioWare??

Anyone? I sort of want my "From Ashes" DLC before I start a game...

I would appreciate any help, especially from BioWare. I bought your game, have been for a long time and I can't even activate my DLC...

Since none have a answer yet, have you tried contacting EA support live chat first? I haven't a clue.

Okay, so by your description, you successfully redeemed the code from the last page of the black and white paper slip you found in the ME3 Collector's Edition steelbook case... an example of which is pictured on this web page here in the section called "PC Physical - Redeeming Your Registration Code", step 3:

Now, in that same web page there is another section called "PC Physical - Redeeming Bonus Content (DLC)". Does this section accurately describe the process that you tried when you attempted to register the "From Ashes" DLC?


To be clear.... the "From Ashes" DLC code is from the color piece of paper in the CE steel book case, even though the words "From Ashes" don't actually appear on the paper. That paper has "ACTIVATE YOUR COLLECTOR'S EDITION CONTENT" in orange on the front side and "ACCESS YOUR BONUS ARMOR AND WEAPON" on the back side. The back side is an advertising blurb about free ME3 DLC from trying the Kingdoms of Amalur demo.

The front side should be text on top of a painting of a planet with things burning up on atmospheric entry to the planet. In the middle of this page should be a white box with a black triangle to the left... that area should contain a 16 character code showing as 4 groups of 4 alphanumeric characters.

Should you complete this step successfully, then within the Origin client while looking at your list of games, if you again click the "i" link on the ME3 icon you should see *at least* the following list underneath "ADD-ONS AND BONUSES":

From Ashes
Mass Effect 3 Soundtrack
N7 Collector's Edition Materials
N7 Warfare Gear

I contacted them, and got a new CD Key. Thank you for the tip.

I'm not sure if all my N7 Collector's Edition items will be there though. You know the N7 Hoodie, N7 Elite weapons, the "Mechdog" etc.

I will have to see.

EDIT: The "Warfare Gear" is what I'm talking about. I have everything in the picture Ekees posted, except for the "Warfare Gear"
