It's hard to say, at the moment. We'll be doing everything we can to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Just out of curiousity,  are you looking into/doing anything with, with the black screen/game freezing on boot up?
Five days worth of posts in multiple threads have garnered no response from Bioware.  We don't know if you are, our posts have gone unnoticed, not even customer service has responded to this issue.  We can't even play the game.  Forgive me if I sound rude, but it's very frustrating to own a game that doesn't work.

How much we have to wait? i won't play mass effect 3 story until the patch is released ! I and other italian guys paid for this game and it is our right to play this mission... C'mon!

It is true, and we can play this game without downloading it pay you a penny
It is not the same thing but we will do equally well
And the same goes for DLC

you could at least give the chance to play 'Grissom Academy' later in the game so qe can go on with the singleplayer without automatically fail it... i know it's not your primary concern, but it's not even our fault for any of the mistakes EA italy has committed... anyway, you do recognize italian even on videogame forums -____-

Hell, not only the lousy localized dubs, but even a freacking bug ?!

Good thing I started with MP..... but please don't make "me" buy an UK copy just to finish this game.

Yeah, but it is not a freeware game.
If you by a brand new car, full optional (collecctor's edition), would you accept the engine to turn off as soon as you use your air conditioning? Sure, you can go without but you could also use a bike, or your feet.
or would you accept an answer like contactiong who sold you the car?
I don't think so.
It is nothing irrational asking to use what we bought.
It is far more irrational answering something that sounds really like "hey guys, most of the things work, who cares if you miss something?!"

Could it be a conflict with some kind of setup of italian xbox live? or with something dowloaded on ou console?
and again...since 'external' DLC like From Ashes works perfectly (to me at least) can't you upload the 'Grissom Academy' quest as a free DLC on Xbox Live?

I also thought that it could be a live issue, so I tryed to play the mission with the xbox 360 offline, doesn't work

Going on with the game and skip a mission, achievment and companion is out of question. I'll wait the patch, hope this comes quick as we DESERVE a full working game as costumers

I don't play anymore a ME3 until the bugs  are not fixed, i paid 90€ for a game and now I find myself a game who frozen in the DLC,thanks God was enough to skip the dialogues for ending, the face of Shepard unrecognized, dubbing done badly, disappearance characters, choices dialogues 2 or 3 if all goes well, I know this last is done on purpose, but i wanted to play to final chapter of Mass Effect and not a shooter-bugged-game like all other. Sorry for the english and this post but i really annoyed for all this

The character does not join the crew but it's still a very interesting appearance.
You find two weapons on Grissom Academy: the Mattock assault rifle and the Eviscerator shotgun. I really like the mattock.
