I see stupid answers like "It is your right to go and be refund".
If i'm still here it's because i want news and updates and try to help as possibile, if a bug is THIS big, and a technical support for players without connection is impossible it's indeed a legal question, i'm not talking to do a class action by now, but i think that also bioware staff are curious to know who did this disaster. (my little devil on the shoulder says that is EA's fault)

Mi arrabbio con quelli che dicono che se le cose non mi stanno bene allora devo riportare il gioco quando è palese che non mi va, come non mi andava che ci fosse del resto questo problema, il fatto che non andava a nessuno è solo indice del fatto che la bioware si deve sbrigare a riparare se non vuole perdere fan affezionati

I see stupid answers like "It is your right to go and be refund".

il mio consiglio senza pretendere di essere dalla parte del giusto è di provare a continuare il gioco ... leggi il mio post precedente ...

poi magari avrai una reazione differente dalla mia e continuerai ad aspettare ma tentae non nuoce .

tanto se hai scoperto il bug appena la quest dell accademia diventa disponibile , hai di fronte minimo altre 10 ore di gioco ( tra quest principali e secondarie ) prima che venga annullata !

Hi guys, finally here with my info about the infamous bug on Grissom Academy:
Xbox 360 slim
Mass Effect 3 Collector's Edition
Game not installed
Character imported from ME1 (no face imported)
Tried with puggled and unplugged kinect with no results
Tried with every combination between italian and english languages/subtitles/VO with no results

I know we have to wait some weeks, but this is a very special situation, not a bug like others. So you have my support Bioware, hope you resolve soon e let us know what happened because for some people is all about curiosity now! :)

That's why I have returned my Italian copy, got a refund and waiting a working one from Amazon.co.uk.
I wish I bought it from there in the first place, but the worst that I'll have to do is dealing with my brother cursing the Italian testers which had such an oversight on that problem on the italian sku! :P

That's the last time for me that I buy something for Xbox that has endured full Italian localization.


To be clear, this is not a localization problem. This just happens to affect the Italian build; it's just bad luck.

That's correct. This issue applies to all Italian retail copies.

mi riferivo al " non comprero piu nulla da EA o BIO " ho consigliato a chiunque di provare a fregarsene del bug e continuare il gioco senza essere cosi catastrofici ... che poi si sa ! se sei un fan dei gdr , la bioware puo fare tutte le c** che vuole che tanto al prossimo titolo che lancia sul mercato ti precipiterai a prenderlo al d1 !

Safe? Of all the games that have come from the EA and from the Bio I just bought the trilogy of Mass Effect! Anyway the money doesn't give them to me and I demand a complete product, so if I want to complain, I complain

 Ok... we bought the game around d1 and there's a bug...
There shouldn't be... and this is clear and pacific.
There are people who will be blamed for this and it is useless to state that we are angry for this and to demand their heads on some silver tray with an exotic fruit garnish.
The only 2 things, I think, that we should demand are
1 - That this matter is solved ASAP2 - That this kind of matters are avoided in the future... not just for Italy, but for all the gamers around.
It happened and it is not possible to go back in time and fix it, but it should be considered  just what it is: a mistake that should not be repeated....
My two cents.

To all people that are angry (righly) for this issue: I don't think that pressing Bioware it's a good idea.
Work under this kind of stress is not good for developers (and for us), things made in a hurry could create others issues.
The issue unfortunately happened and the only alternative are waiting (some weeks?) or skip the Academy Grissom mission.
The most important thing that I learned is that:
I think I'll be aware to buy a copy at day one next time and I believe most of us will think so.
And for EA/Bioware this will be not a positive business for next products to come.
