So It's affecting every italian copy of the 360 version. This is pretty big. Please find a workaround or a small fix, I know most of the fans are raging for the face import issue, but this is affecting an entire "region" of your costumers, and probably not to hard fix, I guess, since the other 360 versions don't freeze in that particular point in the game. We don't need another "Skyrim PS3" case. The italian videogames "journalism" seem to be oblivious of this problem..for the moment. But every hour more people experience the problem and write about it online..this could go out of hand real fast.

Thanks for the info.  At least I can play Tuchanka mission and "Grunt Mission" as well.  
Luckly we ca have fun with co-op until we get news from BW.

I'd try to contact italian  EA customer service but I doubt they can do anything more than BW itself.

Stop playing and then continue after 1or 2 weeks ruin my whole pathos into the story , like if you are watching an amazing movie till the part 1 and then continue watching after a couple of days ...

I strongly agree. For what I know Xbox live update on Tuesday: if they act quckly they could give us a patch the first days of next week. Please BW listen to your fans.

Yeah,so mnay italians seems to have the same problem....
I followed your link and it seems that we will have other bugs  during dlc "from ashes" and Tuchanka.

No, it's not From Ashes...
I disinstalled it, reload a old save but The Grissom Academy Loadding Screen still freezing!!!

A friend reported me same problem... The Italin Collector Edition disk is bugged!!!

Hi guys, I'm in the same situation... freeze screen when loading the mission... I tried many combination of weapons and members, nothing to do!!! I'm really angry for this.

same problem here, game freezes during the loading screen before the grissom academy quest...

"From Ashes" work fine for me without freeze... in Tuchanka main mission just one freeze, i reboot the console and reload the save and i finished the mission.

I found several freeze (for example loading screen of the Citadel) but if i reboot the console and reload the save it's fine...
Only The Grissom Academy problem it's impossible to solve!!!

Bioware already knows. It's not just the Italian version, and not only xbox.

Have a little patience. the SP is playable, the MP is simply great. occupy yourselves while they solve a problem.

I personally take solace from the fact that the blood of the kids at Grissom academy is not on my hands. For that I blame the devs, especially Mr.Hudson. Yes, you...

N7 edition here, did someone experience the freeze even with the normal game? A friend of mine should have it, I could try with his copy...

EDIT: ok sorry, some of the posters here said they have the regular edition

From Ashes is NOT the problem! I play the regular version without the DLC and I still cannot play the Grissom Academy part. Please Bioware, let us play the whole game

I have both the N7 CE and the standard one and the occurs with both.

Beside I'm pretty sure the CE disk and the standard one are the same: they only difference is the code for the online pass; wich allow you to download the N7 arsenal pack.

Well from what I read we can play a couple of missions without failing the Grissom Academy one.
The problem is not renouncing to the war assets from the mission but on the academy we can meet a character from ME2. It's not the character my Shepard romanced but some players did. This bug will also prevent them the chance to rekindle the relationship.

I really hope they'll fix it soon. So it's not an Italian xbox only issue?
