It has been confirmed the issue affects the text description only with no gameplay consequences.

Aria's subquest is messy too, completely unstable, try to finish the three tasks in random order maybe leaving the Citadel if you don't believe me, at the end i had to complete them one by one in a linear way otherwise "eclipse" one wont complete in no way.

Eclipse quest can be completed. I did it by myself ( I didn't free the Eclipse leader but I made a deal with her second in command)
 
However the mission's status and the subsequent War asset don't update immediatly. I moved toward the elevator and just before the "security check" I got the update and the war asset. I hope this may help you.

Thanks but I already solved by myself long ago, I meant that there is plenty of things that works now and then and this isn't supposed to happen in such a game. I focused on few things just to point out this.

That's a good question, and I'm afraid I don't know the answer. I suspect that the mission activates regardless, though.

credo si attivi automaticamente appena ti avvicini a lei anche se non le parli ... comunque anche se cosi non fosse , evitare la conversazione significherebbe evitare anche tutte le altre missioni secondarie che partono da Samantha .

Any one by this time knows all about that quest, more thant 30 pages of comments and you don't know what this quest do? You should go back to school and grown a little, that all i have to say to you.

I have just a short progress update for you. We've identified 18 files on the disc that contribute to this issue. We're working to fix them and to test them thoroughly.

That's going to take some time, so I stand by my earlier estimate: we should probably expect resolution of this issue early next week (unless something else happens). At that point we can start the process of getting a fix out to you.

esatto ! ormai tutti sanno che la missione consiste nel placare il movimento studentesco durante l occupazione per consentire alle lezioni di riprendere con regolarità ! e credo che tutti quanti abbiano scaffalizzato il gioco in attesa del fix perche il punto forte di ME3 è proprio la mezzora finale della quest dell accademia , in cui mordin tiene lezioni di anatomia salarian !

i hope to see the patch before the next week end or at last the 20 of march with the update of the marketplace. more than 2 weeks begin to be a very long time to wait. the patience is the virtue of the strong,let's have faith :-)
