Be glad that they have it as high priority. A fast fix to the issue is the only thing I ask.
I'm approaching the point of the game where the quest fails, so I'll wait for a couple of days, play multiplayer or import another save, hoping that next week we have a more definitive date for the patch.
Don't get your hopes up for a monday or tuesday patch, even if they fix the problem today I think there is still Microsoft certification process, that usually takes at least a couple of days.

Thanks for the added information! I guess I should clarify: our ongoing investigation isn't just based on "is this actually happening?" We just need a more complete understanding of the exact nature of the issue -- we need to know every precise variable that is contributing to it.
Simply put: this is high-priority for us, but it's complicated and so it's taking some time.
Thanks for your continued patience!
I hope so,but probably not.ventu89 wrote...

the only way to have an answer in swearing out loud but i think that this could be also a good way to get a ban.
their silence is the worst answer in a moment like this, they could give us some news like the origin of the problem, how they think to fix it. we just want some of attention (and a patch).
we all learn a good lesson for this new generation of videogame: never buy at day one.
the more time pass the more i feel in "waiting for godot"

I do believe that the problem resides in some language specific file, that's why all Italian copies are affected. Localized versions are not usually tested as the normal game, in fact in variuos cases only menus are tested to see if there are words that are too long for the UI or things like that.greghorvath wrote...On the other hand, I am not familiar with procedures and methods of game development, but these things should have come out at testing and not after launch (especially with a messed up launch as this was with the different dates).
