The mission actually loaded! The only thing I did differently was I started my X-Box and ME3 game with disc 2 inserted already instead of disc 1. Maybe I got a glitch and the mission just happened to load properly for once. Who knows...

I have completed Cerberus: Abductions, so I can't verify if that was the problem (although I haven't tried starting the quest AFTER having completed it). However, I did quite a bunch of missions since I first encountered this issue. I'll try restarting it again soon and I'll let you know.

I tried the same procedure the day I encountered the problem and it didn't work.
The only think I haven't tried yet is to save on Normandy whith disc 2, then starting the mission

There would be a last "game circumstance" I have still changed: using a non-costumizable armor insted of the modular N7 one. I don't know how can it change something but I could try.

Remember Skyrim? I ended "Blood on Ice" quest and many others nearly three months after the release of the game ... I hope that does not happen the same thing

I appreciate that Ryan and the others responding to the post and I thank them but try to understand our disappointment after a long waiting!

We do have it as high priority.

I really hope that is a your company high priority with a really effective CAPA because if you can't fix this bug very soon this will be second game released by Bioware with a lot of bugs in few months and will also be the last bioware title that I'll buy. Is incredible that a complete part of the game doesn't work! My euros were bug-free money and I want a game that works in all ways!!!!

I found this one, an italian article. They said to uninstall the "Disc 2" to fix the problem. Can someone please try and tell if this works? Uninstall ONLY the second disc. I can't try right now!

UPDATE:
I tried to use the "alternate" armor and the bug occurs. The last thing I can do is playing Cerberus abductions N7 mission before thrying again Grissom Academy. Sadly I hadn't the time to play it when I changed the armor.
If the result is positive I'll tell you imediately.

Same problem here.
First xbo 360 model with hdmi. Near 10 hours og gameplays. Game freeze while loading. i read on forums that uninstall the second dics from hdd and play the game from second disc directly resolve the problem but not for me.

Same problem for me as well grissom academy
Freeze, i've done all side missions and next is citadel 2
Priority mission , i don't want to fail grissom academy
So i'm left only with multiplayer to do.... I'm going to try
Uninstalling the game doubt it's going to work. I'm really sad.

I've heard lot of people trying everything. Installing only a disc, do not install the game, clear the cache, ecc...
Message for BioWare: i've read that if the game work in a console, the same disc DOESN'T in another. May this help?

That's just how Italian dubbers do their job: bad. eh it's not even all their fault, they have to translate and dub everything without even see menus or the cut-scenes which they are dubbing.. if it was for me, no game should be sold without an option to listen to the original english audio.

We trust you. I don t think it s a skin or related graphic glitch, seems something about unreal engine and resources, italian language resources. Probably because italian translation files are not at the same offset the software thinks they should be on dvd, or different memory usage or different long size than english version. Maybe a memory outrun.
Makes a patch for us where a log files is automatically sent  to U

also In the level where u have to fight against aracnies there is a animation glitch. Rocks should fall and block exit but u can hear the sound but no animation and after a whyle shepard say they have to find a different path and graphics restore. But it s ok i don t have test it with english audio yet maybe my second play. Grissom is more important

Same problem here.
N7 Xbox360 version.
I will not play the game until a patch will be released. If it were possible I would have uploaded the save file to you so you could check the problem or the error. But still, if you just play about 8-9 hrs the game in italian you would find the problem for sure.
Still, i paid 80€ for this game. I sincerely hope you're gonna fix this ASAP.
I already GIFTED you 3 months on SW:TOR subscription even though it still has many issues, but I thought you would have learned from your mistakes.
I used to love you Bioware, but from Dragon Age 2 it has been a very disappointing producer-customer relationship. Sadly, I think this is the last game of yours I'm gonna buy at day-one.

I tried to do the Academy quest just after i received it and it freezed. Tried also to uninstall only the disc 2 with no success.

Nice damned bug! I didn't done the mission because was bugged, and after the end of act 1 i recieved a communication that the mission was "failed" and the academy completely destroyed! So i had to get back to an older savegame (7 hours of gameplay before) and restart from there... then i need to stop there until this damned fix will be live.

When this fix will be live? 1 - 2 days? More?

Also another side mission is bugged due to this bug, because in this other mission the objective is to retrive an object from the grissom academy. So please, fix this!
