As soon as I took the contents out of the N7 box, it fell apart because it wasn't glued up properly. Quality packaging, Bioware. Has this happened to anyone else?
Oh, and where abouts is the "From Ashes" code located?

Ouch, my concern wasn't with the packaging per se but with the disc. The code should be in a little leaflet inside the case ontop of the very thin manual.

"From Ashes" should automatically be added to your Origin account to be downloaded when you type in the "Collector's Edition" code from the colored leaflet in the DVD case.
