During several conversations I have had my femshep when talking not look at the person they are talking to. On the flip side if my femshep was looking straight at the NPC say Adams or Liara said character would turn their head to the side and not look at my femshep when talking. This is a huge immersion breaker because no one in real life turns their head away from someone they are talking to unless a noise or something distracts them.
Secondly, I've experienced a lip syncing problem to the audio in the game during conversations. It's so far happened mostly with Wrex/Wreav on the Normandy before you go and cure the Genophage. During the conversations you have with him, my femshep lip syncing gets out of whack and either the lips speed up past the audio or it slows down but the audio stays the same. The same happens for Wrex/Wreav too, the lip syncing is off with the same way I described for my femshep.
Another game immersion breaking bug. You're better than this Bioware, two games without any lip syncing problems to the audio and in the third game... that's a no-no.
Please fix.
Strange Head animations and audio/lip syncing not working right

Yeah, I was talking to Liara and my head was turned to the left as far as it could go without snapping her neck.

Yep happened to me several times with Liara. Adams did that to me down in engineering when talking about this needed item for the ship that he had to install. I've had the eyes on my femshep go the wrong way too when speaking like when looking down the eyes would roll up into her head, or when her head turned to the right her eyes would move to the left. It's some freaky animations.

I've seen Adams do the same thing, of course it didn't beat Traynor turning her head a full 360 degrees to address me while I ran by her to check my mail. I'm going to address her as Regan from now on.
As for Shep/Liara, I know that at some point during one of the conversations with Glyph, they both seem to want to break their own necks looking at things, and the pupils of the eyes almost want to roll back into their heads.
I had just finished talking to someone in the comm. room and Shep didn't really seem interested. He kept staring at a point somewhere off to his right. I wonder if robo-puppy left a present or something.

Seems to happen almost all the time during your first conversation with Liara in her room on the Normandy.
When talking to Dr. Chakwas in the med bay once, she turned completely around for some reason, so that I was looking at her back. She spent the entire conversation rapidly looking left and right to try to look back at Shep. So hilarious. XD

I've had several convos like this, and today I had at least 4 where Shep wasn't even there, and neither was the person she was talking to!!

Yeah thanks for the support for this to get fixed. Having people also post about this will help hopefully get the game patched.

Lip sync is as bad as a Kung-Fu movie in the 80's.

Yeah I know it's really bad. I mean 2 games without lip syncing and strange head animations and now this game has those both.

I've had the same issues occasionally with the weird head turning for no reason.

I experienced the same head glitches. In one playthrough everything was ok and then in the next heads turned.
Had a conversation with Adams and the other engineers and the all turned their head sideways. It was weird to look at and felt completely out of place.
Not the only glitch I experienced, had one with a shifting arm while contacting someone by omnitool. The arm would be the same size but it shifted position like it really was a seperate entity,
And ofcourse the kiss with my li who isn't there for the first even if it is implied they should.
Feels weird kissing invisible people.

Yep had the same issue, when I first spoke to Liara on the Normandy my Shep turned his head, eyes rolled back (undertaker sylee) and had terrible lip syncing. I'm disappointed with the lip syncing and some of the character models suck like joker looks fat and fake. Good job the game rules but not liking these speech bugs and some of the "improved" character models.
